In the Marwindsor project, our goal was to seamlessly convert a property into a seven-bedroom, all-ensuite HMO, taking inspiration from feng shui design elements like arches in murals from our Marashlynne project to maintain a coherent brand identity for our client. We managed every aspect of the design process, from the initial concept and space planning to design development and the selection of finishes. We carefully curated furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E), emphasizing both style and functionality in the final installation and styling of the property. The result is a sophisticated and comfortable living environment tailored to enhance tenant experiences
