Marfisher

The Marfisher project involved converting a property into a seven-bedroom HMO, where we fully embraced an industrial Soho vibe throughout the design process. Our team was responsible for the entire design journey, from creating the initial interior concept to executing detailed space planning and developing design drawings. We selected materials and all furniture, art, decorative lighting, and soft furnishings to align with the project's concept. Bespoke elements such as vanity units, headboards, study joinery, and storage solutions were integral in defining each space. The transformation expanded the property from 90 sqm to 166 sqm, significantly enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal. This strategic redesign not only filled the rooms in record time but also elevated the property's value from £285k to £635k, marking a substantial increase in the property value and in our clients ROI.
